Term of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE – JSTAR.GAMES

Welcome to Jstar.games (“Jstar Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, games, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Services only if you:

  • are at least the minimum legal age required in your country to use online gaming services, and

  • have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the use of the Services by minors under their care.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information,

  • keep your login credentials secure, and

  • notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;

  • interfere with security, gameplay integrity, or service operations;

  • use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-GAME CURRENCY

Some games may include virtual items, upgrades, or in-game currency (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Items:

  • have no real-world monetary value,

  • cannot be exchanged for real money or assets, and

  • may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

5. USER CONTENT

You may be able to submit content such as usernames, comments, feedback, or posts (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Jstar Game a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute it for operation and promotion of the Services.

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • unlawful, harmful, or misleading,

  • harassing, abusive, or defamatory,

  • infringing on intellectual property rights,

  • spam, advertising, or malicious.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

6. COMMUNITY & FAIR PLAY

You agree to interact respectfully and avoid behavior that disrupts other users’ experiences, including:

  • harassment, bullying, or threats,

  • cheating, exploiting bugs, or unfair gameplay,

  • impersonating others or misrepresenting identity.

We may restrict access, suspend accounts, or apply penalties to maintain fair play.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, graphics, music, characters, code, and other materials within the Services are owned by Jstar Game or our partners and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. Please review it carefully before using the Services.

10. UPDATES & CHANGES

We may modify or update the Services and these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful activity. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jstar Game is not liable for:

  • lost profits, data, or revenues,

  • service interruptions,

  • gameplay losses or account restrictions,

  • indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us in the 6 months preceding the claim (if any).

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jstar Game from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jstar Game is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
